All KX2 Devices products are shipped via USPS and should arrive between 3 – 5 days. Flat rate shipping of $3.99 is added to all orders under $150.00. Shipping fees are not refunded and not offered on returned items.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy differs for each of our products. See below for more information.

  • Flexible Foot Lift:  may be returned within 30 days and must be in new condition with no visible wear in order to receive a full refund.  Partial refunds may be considered on a case by case basis.  After 30 days, we cannot offer any refunds; exchanges may be possible if still in new condition with no visible wear.  Please note, we do not offer return shipping.  To complete your return, please email us at service@kx2devices.com to obtain confirmation for the return and approval for a refund.  See below for more information.
  • Stand-Up Portable Urinal Holder:  due to the nature of the product, we do not offer a return or refund on this product.  Please be sure to contact us at service@kx2devices.com with any questions before ordering.

Refunds – for Flexible Foot Lift only

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3130 Grants Lake Blvd, #17076, Sugar Land, Texas 77496

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
